Process flow and principle of bottle blowing machine

Principle and process of bottle blowing. At present, most of the blowing machines are still two-step blowing machines, that is, plastic raw materials must be made into the bottle germ, and then blow. Now commonly used is the environmental protection plastic of PET material.

First,

2. Blow molding: in this stage, the preheated bottle embryo is placed in the prepared blow mold, and the inside of the bottle is inflated under high pressure. Blow the flask into the desired bottle. The full-automatic bottle-blowing machine completes the two operations of the bottle-blowing through the operation of the manipulator, which avoids the process of putting the preheated preform into the blowing die manually. The rate of production has been greatly increased.

Second,

the blowing process of the bottle-blowing machine is a bidirectional stretching process, in which the PET chain is bidirectional stretching, orientation and arrangement, thus increasing the mechanical properties of the bottle wall, the tensile strength, tensile strength and impact strength are improved, and the air tightness is very good. Although stretching helps to increase strength, it should not be over-stretched. To control the expansion ratio, do not exceed 3.5-4.2 in radial direction and 2.8-3.1 in axial direction. Preform wall thickness should not exceed 4.5 mm. Blowing bottle is in the glass temperature and crystallization temperature between the general control of 90 ~ 120 degrees. In this range, PET shows a high elastic state, and becomes a transparent bottle after rapid blow molding and cooling setting. In one-step method, this temperature is determined by the cooling time in the injection molding process (such as Aoki bottle blowing machine) , so to join the relationship between the injection-blowing two stations. Blow Molding Process: stretching-one blow-two blow, three actions of a short time, but must be well coordinated, especially the first two steps determine the overall distribution of materials, bottle blowing quality. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the starting time of drawing, the speed of drawing, the starting and ending time of pre-blowing, the pre-blowing pressure, the pre-blowing flow rate and so on. If possible, it is best to control the overall temperature distribution of the preform, temperature of inner and outer wall of preform. In the process of rapid blow molding and cooling, there is induced stress in the bottle wall. For an inflatable beverage bottle, it resists internal pressure and has advantages, but for a hot-filled bottle, it is necessary to ensure that it is fully released above the glass transition temperature.
