Arensw 1: We in Zhejiang, two hours from Hangzhou. We mainly produce plastic packaging machinery and mold. 

Q2: Why Do you charge more than others? 
A 2: we offer high-end machines in our business. Welcome to our factory. Usually 30-40 business days. 

Q3:How much? 
Arensw 3: if necessary, we will send engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your employees on how to operate the machines. Or you can arrange for engineers to study in our factory. You are responsible for the airfare, accommodation and our engineer's salary of $100/day/person. 

Q4: How Long Will the installation take? 
Answer 4: according to the machine and your factory situation. If everything is ready, it will take about 5 to 10 days. Question 

Q5: What about spare parts? 
Answer 5: We will provide one year free of charge enough to easily damage the spare parts and machines, we recommend you buy more units to save International Express, such as DHL, which is very expensive. 

Q6: What is your guarantee? 
Answer 7: we have a one-year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our services also include machine maintenance. 

Q6: What are your payment terms?
